Eligible employees may contribute up to the IRS yearly maximum of their annual salary on a pre-tax basis. John Hancock administers the 401k program. Matching is $.50 on each dollar contributed by the consultant, up to 6% of their salary. Consultants are 25% vested in their matching contributions after one year of service then another 25% per year until fully vested in four years!
