We are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Systems Developer / Analyst with experience creating and supporting data warehouses for SAP using SAP-BW, Business Objects or other enterprise business intelligence toolset. Experience extracting data from source systems such as SAP-FI (Financials) and/or SAP-HCM is a must! Must possess a strong sense of customer service and be able to talk to business users to gather requirements and understand the business needs. Project Management experience would be helpful, however is not required.
Position Responsibilities / Abilities:

Data extract, transformation and loading (ETL) techniques from source systems
-
Database design for data warehouses
-
OLAP principals such as dimensional analysis, star schemas, aggregation and query creation

Ability to design and create reports to meet user requirements
-
Ability to determine the business needs of application users
-
Ability to design and build a business intelligence system
-
Ability and experience analyzing enterprise software and make recommendations on best course of action
Required Experience:
-
3+ years of SAP BW/BI experience developing Business Intelligence Data Models
-
Experience extracting data from source systems: SAP-FI (Financials) and/or SAP-HCM
-
Strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving abilities
-
Well-organized and able to prioritize and coordinate simultaneous tasks and projects while addressing customer needs

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Project management experience helpful but not required as well as the willingness to mentor junior staff
